What services do you offer?
Two. We Hang Your Lights, where our crew hangs lights you already own, and Full Design and Install, where we design, supply and install the display and you keep the lights.
Do you do commercial properties?
Yes, short of high-rise buildings.
Do you do permanent lighting?
No.
Quotes and timing
How do I get a quote?
Send photos of your house with the quote form. We call to go over the details, then send your quote.
How long does a quote take?
First response within one business day. A quote in 2 to 3 business days, longer for complex designs.
Are there days you don't install?
No installs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.
Your home
I have HOA rules.
Share your HOA's lighting rules and we'll follow them.
Do I need outdoor outlets?
Yes. When we call, we'll ask where your outdoor outlets are and how much power they can handle. If needed, we visit to take photos and measurements.
After the season
Do you take the lights down?
Yes. Takedowns run January 4 through the end of January and are scheduled when you book.
Do you store lights?
No. We pack them so they're ready for you to store.
What if a bulb or strand goes out?
We fix it within 48 hours.
